Ursula Walker’s new CD, TODAY and YESTERDAY,


Ursula Walker’s new CD, TODAY and YESTERDAY, has just been released and is now available on this website. Although Ursula has appeared on other performers’ CDs, compilations, collections, and jingles in 61 years of performing, at 72 years of age, this is her first recording under her own name.
Selections include songs recorded in the studio plus some past performances – Two selections recorded live at the1982 Montreux/Detroit Jazz Festival, two from the 1981 recording with the Brookside Jazz Ensemble Big Band, and a 1955 kinescope recording from the Auntie Dee Television Show, a piece of Detroit TV history.
