The Philips Westin Orchestra (PWO) has a distinctly classy and modern sound that distinguishes it from contemporary big bands.

With Toronto as its base of operations, the PWO and other affiliated orchestras produce over 3 CDs each year from compilations of live recordings throughout each season for worldwide distribution to raise funds for its charitable mandate.
Net proceeds from CD sales and performances are donated to international humanitarian agencies such as UNICEF, World Vision, Oxfam, CARE, Doctors Without Borders and the Red Cross through the Global Poverty Relief Foundation (www.gprf.net) to support disaster and poverty relief programs.
To date, PWO artists have helped to raise over $1.5 million for various charitable and humanitarian projects.
