VANCOUVER, Wash. -- The Vancouver Wine & Jazz Festival has an impressive lineup of music for its 14th annual event, which is is Aug. 26-28 at Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver.
Seven-time Grammy-winning singer Al Jarreau headlines the event along with Arturo Sandoval and Diane Schuur, who many critics call "the First Lady of American Jazz."
Also appearing will be guitar viruoso Stanley Jordan, blues guitarists Coco Montoya, the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Grammy winning blues guitarists John Hammond and Bill Frisell, and fusion jazz band Spyro Gyra.
The festival also features regional jazz bands, and middle school and high school musicians will perform along side jazz icons on the Jazz Education Stage throughout the event.
Esther Short Park is at the corner of Eight Avenue and Columbia Street. Tickets are $20 for Aug. 26 and $25 for Aug. 27 or Aug. 28. Three-day passes are $50 in advance or $60 at the gate. Kids ages 12 and younger are free.

Visitors are encouraged to bring blankets or low-back lawn chairs to sit in. Wine and food booths will be on site.
