A note from Tarana's founder: Ravish Momin
Dear Friends of Creative Music:
It's been a long while since I've written to give an update. I'm excited to report the following news for Tarana and other projects.
Tarana was invited by Denver University's Lamont School of Music to conduct a week-long residency from April 9-13. So far, it's been absolutely amazing!
We're uniquely able to cover ground on North Indian Classical Music, Jazz Improvisation, and the use of Music-Technology in live-performances, since I also have Aakash Mittal and Trina Basu on board.
After completing the performance, we will perform at the D'Note, our only area appearance, through the auspices of the amazing Creative Music Works, on April 14 at 8:30pm.
I'll be touring Mexico at the end of April through Early May, and looking forward to taking Tarana to Europe in late June.
I promise to keep these notes to a minimum, so I appreciate all of you staying on this list, and thank you for reading :)
