The idea for the title came from Jason Marsalis in an email exchange. As usual I followed through with my gut feeling and the meaning for this CD unfolded over the next couple of month.
By far, the ‘oldest’ song on this CD is the ‘Lemurian Hymn’, which dates back some 50.000 years. In 1972 evidence of an ancient underwater city was found 100 miles north of Maui. The military quickly restricted access to the area. The sunken City is purported to be the capital of Lemuria, which sank into the Pacific Ocean in two days. We know this event today as the big flood. It did happen, but not the way we have been told.
The continent of Lemuria stretched from the coast of Japan to the coast of California and from South East Alaska to Easter Island with Hawaii at the center. I thought that is was not a coincidence that I traveled all these places in 2010.
The myth of paradise is based on Lemuria; many native civilisations like the Tlingit, the Hopi and the Maya have a common legend that their ancient home city sank under the waves during a big flood.
‘Lemurian Hymn’ was the last song heard in the land of Lemuria. The high priests and priestesses sang the song to permeate the auras of the people with higher frequencies, releasing their fear, so the etheric bodies of those life streams would not be so severely scarred.
This melody was preserved in the Irish culture and lyrics were added later. Before Lemuria sank completely, it was prophesied that one day, in the far distant future, many people would gather and sing this song again, with the absolute knowingness that the “Earth’s Victory” was won.
I recommend humming along when you listen to this melody, ignoring the words, focusing solely on the energy and the melody’s uplifting frequencies. To present the melody in a new light I rearranged the harmonies for this song completely.
By singing along, we all will ring in the new paradigm and the beginning of the long- promised Golden Age. Welcome to the new Zone! My heart goes out to each and every listener and as always:
