Gather 'round to greet the season and enjoy a live action reading of Dylan Thomas' sparkling holiday tale, A Child's Christmas In Wales, with Texas jazz musicians Suzi Stern (narration & songs), Rich Harney (piano, keyboard & sound effects), Alex Coke (woodwinds, various crazy toys & sound effects), and bassist extraordinaire Daniel Parr. From the lovely sanctuary of Austin's First Presbyterian Church, these old Austin friends (and award winning musicians), illuminate the author's Christmas memories like an old time radio hour with Story, Song, Sound, & Surprise!
An enchanting Austin annual event,we're hoping you'll join us this year again ~or for the very first time~along with friends and family in the spirit of the holidays. Doors open 30 minutes before each show, there's plenty of free parking and we'll have CDs on hand to help you find that perfect gift.
