Gwilym Simcock Summer Dates

Gwilym has been busy putting the final touches to The Impossible Gentlemen CD "Internationally Recognised Aliens" which is due for release on Basho Records on September 2nd 2013 and will be promoted with a major tour in October after a special launch gig at Brecon Jazz Festival where pre-release copies of the album will be available to buy. He is now working on his orchestral album with the City of London Sinfonia which will be released early in 2014. In the meantime there are some unusual and exciting dates coming up in the UK with The King's Singers and with Nigel Kennedy, a lovely concert at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland in the Chateau de Chillon on Lake Geneva with his long time collaborator bass player Yuri Goloubev, in Avignon, France with Celine Bonacina and in Rochester USA and Montreal Jazz Festival Canada playing solo piano. There is also a sneak preview of his orchestral album at the Cambridge Festival on 1st August. Hope you can come to one or more of the concerts.
