Jazz Experiment to bring closer USA and Cuba

The album "Ninety Miles" was recorded in Miami and Havana, where the project was started for the first time in 2010 at the initiative of the Concord Music Group Vice President, John Burk.
Burk worked hard for one year to do all the paperwork so that, virtuoso marimba and vibraphone player Stefon Harris, tenor saxophonist David Sanchez and trumpeter Christian Scott could travel from New York to Havana.
The American artists spent a week rehearsing and recording with pianists Rember Duharte and Harold López-Nussa on a common project where modern jazz mixes with Latin grooves.
