Apart from the goose-pimples causing adaptation of "Über den Selbstmord" ("About Suicide") from Hanns Eisler and Bertolt Brecht there are all and sundry compositions of Hannes Zerbe, in which he not simply re-interprets Eisler`s manner. The musical ideas as well as their emotional meaning - from deeply mourning over playful and frenzied to absolutely explosively wild - do speak their own language
