Last Summer (the 2012 album by Reynold D. Philipsek) continues his exploration of jazz and gypsy jazz guitar styles but has more emphasis on large-scale production. Employing the use of real strings, brass and woodwinds, Reynold utilizes his arranging skills and also includes two tracks that make use of his vocal skills. The inspiration for this recording include Antonio Carlos Jobim and Wes Montgomery. European film scores from the 1960's also influence this work.
