Friday, July 27: The Either/Orchestra at The Lily Pad, Cambridge MA, 9-11 pm, $10 cover We've had a nice series of performances at the Lily Pad this summer, but this is the final one. Come on down to this intimate performance space, have a draft beer (served here on Friday's only) and get massaged by the almost all-acoustic sound of ten instruments... Tom Halter - trumpet Dan Rosenthal - trumpet Russ Gershon - tenor, soprano sax, flute Charlie Kohlhase - baritone sax Gilson Schachnik - piano Rick McLaughlin - bass Pablo Bencid - drums Vicente Lebron - congas special guests:Randy Pingrey - trombone Mark Zaleski - alto sax, flute 1353 Cambridge St, Inman Square; The E/O is proceeded by the Dan Rosenthal Quintet from 7-8, and the Allan Chase - Dominique Eade - Tim Ray Trio from 8-9 (separate admission for each of the three shows) Wednesday, August 8: The Either/Orchestra at The Jazz Standard, New York City Shows at 7:30 & 9:30, $20 cover The Jazz Standard is one of the top clubs in the City these days, and we're excited to be making out debut there.
