un formidable été pour nos artistes, nous sommes heureux de vous
retrouver pour cette rentrée musicale très prometteuse. Deux nouveaux
albums: Didier Lockwood,
nouvelle signature chez Sony sort son premier album sous son nom depuis
plus de 10 ans, « Open Doors », accompagné par André Céccarrelli,
Antonio Farao et Darryl Hall (Nov 17), Sophie Alour, sortira « Time for Love » un album de ballades, lyrique et tout en sensibilité (Fév 2018), et Olivier Bogé, nouvelle signature dans notre agence, sortira "When Ghosts Were Young", un disque lumineux, à fleur de peau (Nov 17).
Trois Grands Projets en Tournée: la Grande Dame du Jazz, Rhoda Scott célébrera en 2018 ses 80 printemps, avec pour l’occasion un exceptionnel Lady All Stars Project pour l’accompagner. Patricia Petibon, la soprano collorature, sera en tournée exceptionnelle l’été prochain avec Didier Lockwood et Dimitri Naïditch (un disque annoncé au Printemps 2018, Sony France) et enfin, Stephane Belmondo prépare un grand projet musical pour rendre hommage à son ami Philippe Sarde, le célèbre compositeur de Musiques de Film.
Et toujours en tournée, pour notre plus grand bonheur, les formidables Jacky Terrasson, Lionel Belmondo, Marcio Faraco, Grégory Privat, Mathilde. Et nous vous réservons d’autres surprises au cours de l’Automne. Bonne Rentrée à tous !

to a successful summer for our artists, we are glad to welcome you back
and to announce very nice upcoming new projects: Two new albums being
released: Didier Lockwood, new signature at Sony, will
release his first album since the last 10 years, « Open Doors », a all
star quartet with André Ceccarelli (drums), Antonio Farao and Darryl
Hall (Nov 17). Sophie Alour will release « Time for Love », a very
lyrical and sensitive ballad’s album (Feb 2018). And Olivier Bogé, new signature in our agency will release "When Ghosts Were Young", a solar and promising album,
Three Great Tour Projects: Rhoda Scott will celebrate her 80th Birthday, with a special Lady All Star Band. Patricia Petibon, the french ligera coloratura soprano will tour next summer with Didier Lockwood (violin) and Dimitri Naïditch (piano), a new album being released in Spring 2018.

Didier Lockwood - Open Doors
Dix ans qu’on attendait un disque de Didier Lockwood sous son nom ! Et quel disque ! Un quartet international luxueux, avec le swinguant Dédé Ceccarrelli à la batterie, le bouillonnant pianiste Romain Antonio Farao, et le solide Darryl Hall à
la contrebasse. Un vrai disque de Jazz, sortie internationale chez
Sony, et un projet qui prendra la route dès le printemps prochain. L'événement de cette rentrée musicale !
We have been waiting almost 10 years for Didier Lockwood's new album. And such a nice project ! An international quartet with the swinging André Ceccarelli on drums, the effervescent italian pianist Antonio Farao, and the solid Darryl Hall on double bass. A real Jazz Album, being internationally released on Sony. The band will start touring next spring. The big event from this Fall !

Sophie Alour - Time for Love
"Time for Love", le nouvel opus de Sophie Alour sortira le 2 février 2018
sur son propre label (distribué par l'Autre Distribution), un album
consacré aux ballades et notamment à celles immortalisées par Shirley
Horn, Joni Mitchell, Ella Fitzgerald ou Nina Simone. Entourée
de la fine fleur du jazz, Rhoda Scott, Alain Jean-Marie, Dédé
Ceccarelli, Glenn Ferris, Stéphane Belmondo, David El Malek (qui assure la direction musicale du projet), et un quintet à vent arrangé par François Théberge, Sophie Alour confirme sa sensibilité et son expressivité dans le registre des ballades de Jazz. Time
for Love est une belle aventure collective qui sillonnera les routes de
France et d’ailleurs, tout au long de la saison 2018/2019.
"Time for Love", Sophie Alour's new opus will be released on February 2, 2018 on
her own label (distributed by l'Autre Distribution), an album devoted
to ballads and especially those immortalized by Shirley Horn, Joni
Mitchell, Ella Fitzgerald or Nina Simone. Surrounded by the
very best jazz musicians in France (Stéphane Belmondo, David El Malek
(who is in charge of the musical direction of the project), and a wind
quintet arranged by François Théberge, Rhoda Scott, Alain Jean-Marie,
Dédé Ceccarelli) Sophie Alour confirms its sensitivity and expressiveness in the Jazz ballads. Time for Love is a great collective adventure that will hit the road of France and elsewhere, throughout the 2018/2019 season.

Olivier Bogé - When Ghosts Were Young
Après
«The World Begins Today » enregistré à New York avec Tigran Hamasyan,
et « Expanded Places » largement salué par les médias, Olivier Bogé présente son nouvel opus.
Animé par un amour sans limite de la mélodie, ce musicien singulier use
de ses capacités de multi-instrumentiste (pianiste de formation
classique, c’est un saxophoniste de jazz reconnu qui joue aussi de la
guitare acoustique) pour mieux sonder ses univers intérieurs.
S’affirmant disque après disque comme créateur de mondes où les frontières entre jazz, folk, rock et classique s’effacent, il présente « When Ghosts Were Young », une ode à l’innocence de l’enfance qui fait resurgir ces fantômes,
ces âmes intérieures préservées au fond de chacun d’entre nous et
ranime leur capacité d’émerveillement par le pouvoir expressif de la
musique. Un disque lumineux et lyrique, à fleur de peau, comme son auteur.
Avec Pierre Perchaud (guitare), Tony Paeleman (piano), Nicolas Moreaux
(contrebasse), Karl Jannuska (batterie) et Isabel Sörling (voix) sur un
titre.

Stephane Belmondo joue Philippe Sarde
C'est en écoutant la version de "La Chanson d'Hélène" (les Choses de la Vie) de Stephane Belmondo dans le "Love for Chet" que Philippe Sarde, le célèbre compositeur de Musiques de Films
a souhaité rencontrer cet interprète qui l'avait ému. Philippe Sarde,
c'est 50 ans de compositions exceptionnelles pour le cinéma Français
(Claude Sautet, Pierre Granier-Defferre, Roger Vadim, Georges Lautner,
Bertrand Tavernier, Yves Boisset, André Téchinet, Jacques Doillon,
Alexandre Arcady, et bien d'autres encore) et 11 Nominations et
Victoires au César de la Musique. Et c'est tout
naturellement qu'une amitié sincère est né entre les deux artistes et
que ce projet s'est dessiné, un hommage à quatre mains, entre le maître
et l'élève, le compositeur et l'interprète, ce qui est rare et précieux quand la transmission et le partage sont si spontanés et désirés par chacun des protagonistes. Cette
rencontre donnera lieu prochainement à un enregistrement discographique
et une tournée exceptionnelle de concerts. Le Jazz, le Cinéma, les
Belles Images, l'émotion seront au rendez-vous.
Philippe Sarde, one of the most versatile and talented French Film composer of his generation was deeply moved while listening to "La Chanson d'Hélène" (Les Choses de la Vie), his composition, interpreted by Stephane Belmondo, in the album « Love for Chet ».
So touched that he wished to meet Stephane. A sincere friendship was
born between the two artists then, and they naturally decided to create a
project together, a tribute to Philippe’s music (50 years of Film
Composition for the most important Movies) a four hands, between the
master and his fan, the composer and the interpreter, which is rare and valuable when transmission and sharing are so spontaneous and very desired by each of the protagonists. There will be soon a recording and concerts, Jazz, Movie, Beautiful Images, no doubt the emotion will be at his peak.
