This is the second album recorded by this cooperative trio, Hiroshi Yamazaki, Bill Crow and John Cutrone. These three old friends play together frequently around New York and Connecticut, and occasionally record at the studio of another old friend, Bob Riccio, in Wilton, CT. The music here, chosen from the trio’s broad repertoire, includes originals by Yamazaki and Crow, and nine others from the American songbook and jazz tradition. The musicians hope the listener enjoys hearing this music as much as they enjoyed making it.
