USA: Jazz Education Network Conference

Louisville will be the center of the jazz education universe this week as it plays host to the annual Jazz Education Network Conference, which is expected to draw more than 3,000 educators, performers and students to the Galt House Hotel & Suites.
The conference, held Wednesday through Saturday, will feature workshops, clinics and concerts by an international cast of musicians, many of whom are also educators. National recording artists such as Kevin Mahogany, Victor Wooten and Jason Marsalis will join notables such as Jamey Aebersold and David Baker. (read more)
